As a service provider we are responsible according to § 7 Abs.1 TMG for own contents on these sides according to the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate an illegal activity.

General terms and conditions

By purchasing the ticket the owner agrees to the following conditions of the organizer

The withdrawal of the ticket is only permitted if the festival must be canceled. Only the face value will be refunded.

The organizer does not refund any tickets in case of loss.

Only by the tickets at certificated shops or at the box office.

The resale of tickets is not permitted.

The organizer has the right to deny the admission to the festival for important reason (in case the face of value will be refunded).

The organizer has no influence on the design, length, content or volume of the show of booked artists – short term changes reserved.

The risk of possible hearing and health damage due to volume at concerts is not excluded.

Claims for damages resulting from a positive breach of contract, conclusion of a contract and tort are excluded unless the organizer, his legal representative and his vicarious agents acted with intent or gross negligence. Claims for damages due to impossibility of performance and delay are limited in case of slight negligence to the replacement of the foreseeable damage.

It is generally forbidden to take glass caddies, cans, plastic canister, pyrotechnical articles, torches and weapons to the festival area. In case of disregarding these rules, this causes a referral from the event location. There is no right to refund the ticket.

By buying a ticket the buyer agrees to these conditions.

The organizer reserved the right to transfer the festival (locally or temporally).

The organizer reserved the right to change the program without previous announcements.

The organizer is not responsible for stolen or missing belongings.

By participate in the festival, the organizer has the right for recording images and sounds and to send them and as well as transmit them to third parties to use them for advertising purposes.

Contractual relationships come about through the acquisition and ownership of the ticket and the organizer. The ticket is not transferable.
16. It is forbidden to bring along any cameras or tape recorders. Abuse will be prosecuted
